If you were at the front of the line in the Wildlife Tour, you missed seeing and hearing about some of the animals. When I went on tours with students, I moved the group so that half was on either side of the exhibit. She also moved on and was talking while some were just walking up the the previous animal. The Reptile person was exceptionally good, however, only seeing three animals were about two too few. I think 5 would be perfect. If there were too many questions, she could have said, “Okay, one last question as we have other animals to see, and I want to be able to show them all to you.” Check-in took a very long time, and we were second in line. The people in front did not have reservations and were asking lots of questions (which is fine.) Perhaps yu need to have one line for those with reservations and one for walk-ins. I was a science teacher and ran field trips. Maybe you can reach out to local science teachers for feedback. We loved seeing the animals we did see and enjoyed the stories behind them.
