Waterfront Zipline Experience in Branson

Had a nice ride ! Staff was great!

Did not stay open past 8 pm and I bought an combo pass so only got to ride once before they closed but was hoping to see the lights at nighttime so wasn’t worth the money but the workers were very nice and they gave great customer service.

It would be nice to stay at the other side a little longer. Seemed rushed.

I purchased my tickets online while my husband and I was on vacation, then when my husband and I arrived we are told that the zipline was closed due to it getting struck by lightning, I was then told that I lost my money, I have tried to call 2 different numbers and have left messages and have sent emails expressing that I would like a full refund because I'm no longer in town and have not received a call back or a email .. very disappointed with this business would not recommend at all..

Good morning, Although my boyfriend and I did have a great time on the zip line over the water, the balloon was not available to us because of a storm hitting the area and breaking it. I had purchased the package and was not aware until we got there that this ride was broken. Kind of disappointing but we understand! Other then that everything was really fun.

Way overpriced for the few seconds of the ride. Also, even though I paid online through your site, you employee didn't know how to confirm my payment because of a new system you are using? You might want to make sure everyone knows how to verify charges before you start using a new payment system.

I didn't feel safe because the seat belt was not tight enough.
