I had a great time, but it was a hard class. It might have been nice to have some Instruction before hand about basics of yoga on paddle boards- as I was a beginner. Not new to yoga or SUP just the combo! Using an achor was unfamiliar to me. Movement on the board. I also had a hard time hearing the instructions at times. And managing to keep my paddle on the board and do poses. It would have been nice to have a little guidance about that.

I appreciated how Leda tailored the session to participants strengths and areas to work on. The poses were the perfect amount of challenge and stretched the areas that needed it. I have recommended this class to friends for a great experience.
