I've been on about 40 catamaran cruises all over the globe, and unfortunately this one was not for me. I felt like cattle and it was overcrowded. The music was far too loud and the birthday girls OBVIOUSLY did not all want to walk for a bunch of strangers to see. Less is more.

We booked a trip for 3pm and the email said to meet at Margaritaville 15 minutes before. We arrived at 2:30 and after talking with some other guides, they said the boat we scheduled left at 2pm. The email address they gave doesn’t work, so we had no way to contact them. We’re contesting the charge with our credit card company.
