Our driver, Ellis, made the experience wonderful. He was very helpful and prepared. He showed a few extra places along the way with our extra time and gave us great suggestions! He was awesome!

We were scheduled to be on Manhattan Tour which is visiting Woodford Reserve, Buffalo Trace and Angel Envy. When we meet our chauffeur we were informed out itinerary had been changed to Buffalo Trace, Old Forester and Four Roses without any prior notification of change which was unacceptable. The Chauffer did a good job in trying to rectify the situation. We went to 4 Roses and all we were able to do was a tasting. Chauffer then changed plans and took us to Woodford Reserve which was nice but was not able to go on tour (just tasting). Then it was time for lunch and we did not get lunch provided which was part of our Manhattan Tour we signed up. Last stop was Buffalo Trace where we were not able to go on full tour. Thus we visited 3 distilleries and did not get to go on full tour and tour promised 2 full tours. Our dissatisfaction was partially taken care of by giving refund to cover lunch and tour not take at Woodford Reserve. Overall the experience was disappointing.

We arrived late at our first stop which impacted our second stop. Granted, there was an issue with construction but that fact shouldn’t have been such a problem. The “snacks” provided were very limited. The tour was called a Manhattan Tour, implying an exposure to recipes, etc. That did not occur at all. To be clear, the driver was very nice but seemed new to this tour adding to the confusion.
