I’ve done this tour two years in a row, once with Bob and once with Jan. Both are excellent guides who really dive into Plymouth’s history and have a detailed understanding of the locations and the hauntings that occur. I appreciate that there are no jump scares or period characters to “make it scary.” It’s just good, old-fashioned, historical ghost stories. We did the houses this year and it was awesome. My sister got some great pictures of little Abigail Spooner in the window! Guides are very encouraging about guests taking photos. One of these days, I will get Clement Bates!! This tour is becoming an annual tradition. We love it!

I really enjoyed the stories and information. The lanterns were a great touch, especially on a cold dark night. I did NOT like the creepy dolls and icky painting that were clearly put up for effect...in my opinion those hokey items detracted from the sense of "hauntedness" that would have been there with just the original houses. Our guide was a wonderful story teller and the areas we explored were very interesting.

My brother and I did this for his birthday because we had done it several years ago and loved it. Bob was the most awesome tour guide ever !!! Such great story telling and passion. We loved every minute. Thank you!
