Rules
Participants must be a minimum of 10 years of age and at least 4 feet and 7 inches tall. All guests must have a general knowledge of bike riding, and feel comfortable doing so. Guests must be able to get on and off the electric bicycle, and ride the bicycle independently. This tour cannot accommodate guests with back, knee, or other mobility issues.
Cancellation policy
Tour may be canceled due to severe weather. Our tours usually operate in light rain and other moderate weather conditions; however, tour may be canceled in the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions, with a full refund. All participants must meet age and weight requirements. All participants must be 10 years or older and can not exceed 280 lbs in order to participate.

The staff was prepared for our 8 person group and the weather was really nice for our excursion. As I had ridden and electric bike before, I did not need much instruction which is good, because we were not given very much. I decided to stick to the back of the group as I was confident on the bike. When my bike did not work the group continued on without me and left me behind. I pulled my bike back to the shop and the lady in the store reluctantly gave me another bike pointed and told me to go in that direction as I would eventually catch up with the group. So, in a country where I am not fluent in the native language and I am not familiar with the traffic laws AND I had no idea where we were going, I was set off alone. The guide repeatedly left group members behind during the bike ride and the snorkeling with no concern that people could be injured or otherwise in trouble. Our guide was nice enough but did not seem remotely interested in our safety or wellbeing.

The cycling and snorkeling were both ok but cycling a back road away from traffic is always better for everyone. What we saw while snorkeling was minimal, to say the least. The guide was great and all in all it was an enjoyable time.
