If cancelled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund.

Any cancellation must be made with a 24 hrs. notice. Less than 24hrs the clients will forfeit refund, unless it is out of their control and has to do with the cruise ship. No shows will be fully charged and can be on a standby for any open space on the following tour. For rescheduling due to bad weather please notify us first. Cancellations due to weather conditions or no show by the cruise ship will be entitled to a 100% refund.
