Very enjoyable experience

The room was challenging and fun and the staff were excellent.

Our team has done close to a dozen rooms so we are bound to be somewhat disappointed at some point. We were aware the room was newer but we still signed up online and paid the full amount. We raised our hands a few times and held them up for a couple minutes before someone assisted. Some of the equipment malfunctioned/didn’t work properly and the staff was slow to intervene. The briefcase and laser light are two examples. In Other rooms at other places, these things happen but the staff is quick to assist as the clock keeps on ticking. Our clock kept ticking on the room throughout the malfunctions costing us 6 minutes by our count. A clue we were given was literally the clue on the paper which just showed how unfamiliar the staff was with the room. I spoke up too the staff when they had given that clue and told them we literally had that same clue in our room but the screen insisted we pay for more clues. I’m SO glad we had done the Mayan room a few weeks ago and had a good experience- otherwise I would yelp this in my review. I hope the staff will receive training and not focus on money over the fun of it all.

Staff was incredibly cordial and fun!

When we made a reservation, we mentioned we will be a party of 3. They never mentioned we might be with other people. I wanted to have a bonding time for us. Us only. Not with other people. They actually got in our way more than help. Not very happy. They should’ve informed us we will be with other people. Then we could’ve requested not to put us with the other group.

The host was amazing, very informative and fun right when we walked in. He gave us lots of information about our chosen room as well as other rooms they have available. We play 4 people in the bank vault and all of us thought the room was put together wonderfully. I would definitely recommend this company to other people and will be back to play other rooms in the future.
