Cancellation Policy
Bookings for encounters and tours are non-refundable. Should you be unable to attend your scheduled activity, please contact our booking office at 706-348-7279 to reschedule. Activities may be rescheduled within 6 months of original booking date. Failure to reschedule an activity a minimum of 24 hours beforehand will result in cancellation without refund.

Just being able to pet, feed, and be around all the animals. The sarfari walk was awesome learned alot and got see really cool animals. My son and I would love to come back when it is not raining and chilly but still a great experience. We will be back, thank you.
