- ALL cancellations and reschedule requests must be in writing via email to [email protected] or text - 858) 848-0097 no later than 24 hours before your scheduled departure time.
- Full refunds will be issued when received at least 24 hours in advance and must be received by 9AM ton the day of your scheduled tour.
- Groups larger than eight MUST provide seven days notice for cancelations.
- Cancelations and reschedule requests less than 24 hours will only receive store credit.
- No shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.
