All participants must have swimming ability. Arrive 10 minutes early to give yourself time to park and make your way to the beach. Wear clothes you can get wet. Avoid cotton or anything excessively baggy. Wear sunscreen and a hat. You may also wish to bring a towel and water bottle. Please leave all valuables, including wallet and cameras, in your car.
