⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Super good service - We had booked a drive from home from Larnaca airport to our hotel in Ayia Napa. We are a family of 5 (children of 13, 8 and 1 years). We were picked up by a very friendly driver (Gary) who had car seat ready for our smallest child. Gary was friendly, snaksome and drove us safely to the hotel. We also ordered Gary to drive us from the hotel to the airport when we were going home. We can definitely recommend using the taxi company! We give the company 5 big stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great service - Pickup great with short notice, all worked out perfectly. Think I just messaged on whatsapp if I remember correctly. Online anyway. Lovely conversations too. Would use again on a next trip to Napa.

Perfect transfer - Great private transfer, lovely & cool inside. Helpful & pleasant driver, was much more comfortable than a shared transfer

Efficient and on time. - On time, clean vehicle and choice of two child seats, forward and rear facing. Very efficient and Driver helped with luggage.

Great & really friendlty taxi service - came across this when I was looking for a cab to airport an hour ish before I was supposed to go - decided to give these guys a shout and they responded really quickly. soon after my ride to airport was booked for slightly cheaper than I paid the other way, the driver, a gent originally from uk, came to pick me up from the bar I was staying at. overall. quick to reply, great service, good conversation, clean car. if I go back I'll contact them again.

Not a good experience - Booked a private transfer. Had a round trip Larnaka-Ayia Napa-Larnaka. Pick up from airport was very good. From the hotel to the airport they forgot my booking. Contacted them by whatup and finally they sent us a car, but some ladies were in the taxi although i booked a private transfer. Had to pay full private transfer price and they didnt even apoligized for the mess.

AVOID THIS TAXI COMPANY!!! - AVOID!! We booked a private taxi for the arrival and return journey Larnaca/Ayia Napa with this company. Arrival was ok altho we did have to take 3 large suitcases on an escallator to the upper level at Larnaca airport which was a nightmare with kids. On our return we got picked up at the hotel and five/ten minutes into the journey we were told by the driver we had to pick up 6 people in Protaras which takes you in the opposite direction of the Airport. When we protested we got told we would be left at the roadside. The people that got in required two child car seats taking the total to 6 adults and 3 kids we were squashed and I felt unsafe. By the time we arrived at Larnaca airport we had been in that taxi for one hour twenty minutes instead of the normal 35/40 mins. We got charged full fare and so did the other family total cost €110 total rip off. When the driver opened the boot all our luggage fell out causing damage to some contents inside. The TUI bus from our hotel was already at the airport which we wished we had got. The point in getting a taxi transfer to the Airport is to arrive earlier than others to avoid qeues and have more time to relax in the depature lounge. We basically had to run to the gate to get our flight after eventually getting through security. Pay a little more for a better company like "Grab That Cab". We have been to Cyprus 14 times always getting taxi transfers but this is no way to be treated. We emailed the company to complain but just received abusive replies. Do not book with them.

Rude and impatient staff.Do not recommend!! - The driver was very good at responding on time and was always active when needed on WhatsApp but he was very impatient and rude,because of our language barrier it was hard for him to understand me at times but instead of being polite and having manners he was just shouting. They also tried to collect extra money because apparently we had luggage’s .We was in a group of 6 all together with suitcases so we ordered a mini van that fit up to 10 so we could easily fit our suitcases but they still decided to charge us €40 extra because apparently we paid for the seats and not the boot which sounds very dumb to me. They ended up bringing the same van which didn’t make any sense if you are a company doing pick ups to the airport why are you not expecting people to have suitcases? Overall wouldn’t recommend

Unpleasant driver - Hired this Enterprise for the third consecutive year. This year we had to share a taxi with 5 people from England when we arrived. When we went to the airport the driver was incredibly rude. He dropped us off at a parking lot just outside the airport entrance, then he yelled at me for needing to withdraw money. Will never hire them again.

Pick another taxi service! - During arrival very unpolite driver who we couldn't findin the airport before calling him (after having a look around with the drivers and their signs). The transport was late when returning to airport and we had to call again. Driver didn't assist with the luggages, he was smoking instead. In the car, which was a mini buss instead of our booked mini van, we found out that there would be 6 additional passengers we'd have to pick up from another location. We disgareed, because we had booked a private transfer only for our family. Driver explained, that one of their cars was broken and this was the reason. However, they could have informed us in advance and we could have booked another ride. We said very clearly that this shared transportatipn wasn't what we've booked for. When arriving to airport my husband said he won't pay the whole price because the service failed and we complained of it. Driver called to "boss", Maksim, who was very rude over by phone and had no customer service skills at all- he threatened us with police if we didn't pay the full price. He even said that we didn't book for a private transfer, only a transfer. We were already late for our schedule and had no options than pay....Please avoid this service provider!!! There must be some other that understand the business and the importance of happy customers.
