Great time! Mattie and the other staff were wonderful. My grandson is hooked and we are booking more lessons, and bringing some of his friends. This was grand ma's birthday present for him, and it was 3rd generation of our family beginning to ride in the 3rd grade. Mattie was patient and taught the kids the basics so they could have a good start and build their confidence. We all want to ride again, even grandma. Thank you!!

I paid for one hour riding lesson. My class was scheduled for 3pm, I arrived earlier. Aparently there was problem with staffing. Paul was my first contact, at first he was rude but then his tone changed. I was called to start my class at 3:27pm, after Paul left for the trail with a group. Isabella, a new staff member was extremely rude. I was informed later on that my class would end at 4pm, that means I was getting 33 minutes class after I paid in full for a one hour class. When I questioned her if we could call Paul to clarify that I needed a one hour class, she was distraught, and told me I was being rude and disrespecful with her. I was appalled by the lack of custumer service a new staff member such as herself was displaying. I told her I was simply talking to her the same way she has been talking to me since the start of that class. Sonya, another staff member, suggested I came back the next day to have another half an hour class, she gave me Alyssa's phone number, and told me she is the site manager. I called Alyssa on Saturday, around 4:20pm and left a message, but never got a call back. I started having riding classes along with my son at Chaparral Woodside, and wanted to try the Milpitas site because it is closer to home. My experience was terrible, very upsetting. Please consider orienting this new employee on basic customer service, Paul could also use a refresher on customer service. Sonya was professional and curteous, and I believe she is better equiped to deal with customers. There was also another employee, I did not get her name, that was apparently making a video of me when Isabella and I had that heated conversation, the whole scenario made feel I cannot trust the Milpitas site to come back for classes. I am happy my son was not with me, and did not have to witness what happened on that day.
