Chef Darin provided a wonderful experience. The kitchen and storefront are beautiful. Chef Darin not only teaches how to cook a wonderful meal, but shares wonderful techniques i wish had learned years ago. He brought humor and involved everyone in the class. The food was wonderful and this was definitely a highlight on our trip to Savanna!

Our Low Country Cuisine class was excellent. Chef Darin gave us the historic background on the cuisine as well as explanations of why the techniques we used worked. The selection of dishes was perfect-all were delicious, complimented each other and used different methods. There was ample opportunity to ask questions in a relaxed comfortable setting. We greatly enjoyed this informative entertaining and delicious evening.

As a novice, this experience taught me basic skills, chemical involvement, and differences in pans, oils, flours, timing. A thorough handout afterwards has reinforced this. And, most importantly, the food we prepared, cooked and then got to eat was absolutely delicious. It was the highlight of my trip to Savannah!
