Too many problems to solve. It takes all the fun out of the reason why we there. It is suppose to be fun. I have done at least five other escape rooms. None were as hard as this one. Even tho if was hard , it was way too hard. To much going on to solve things. Probably never go back.

Some of the props were worn and difficult to use. The scanner in the room didn't work. The room was very dark and the flashlights were dim. Our clue master was distracted due to high volume of customers and we waited multiple times for a clue that wasn't immediately given. We also had to wait a bit to get into the room. I've experienced one of your rooms previously and had a much more favorable experience, hence the reason we came back to play Area 52.

Room was AWESOME!! So cool and creative and really makes your group work together. Would recommend this to everyone in the area!
