Hello:
Our driver was very nice but we were a little discouraged at times. We wanted to be on the pub more but she brought us to the Local, we all got off and went in, and then saw her come in! As I felt uncomfortable leaving our drinks and snacks alone, I went out to the pedal pub and watched over it for about 10 minutes. I asked if we could go to Brit's and she pretty much told me no - we were going to an area that had 8 bars. We didn't really want to hang at bars, we wanted to run in quickly (like Brits) get a pitcher and leave! She was a little uncertain about the driving and we rarely did the 1-2-3 pedal! as instructed in the beginning. She had said she was fairly new - so don't want to throw her under the bus/pub! but was a bit disappointed for as much as we paid.

When we arrived at the stadium bar and grill the company was unaware that we had a reservation. Luckily they scrambled to get us someone to drive us but they were fully rushed and unprepared. I was never given an apology for this and I felt that the experience was not as quality as it should have been. This was not an inexpensive outing and I wish I would have been treated a little better in regards to your companies mistake.
