Best Airport Transfer Experience - We had the most incredible experience with our driver Aziz in Doha! He waited for a long time for us at the airport and patiently messaged us as we can through customs, advising us where to go. From the moment we got in his vehicle, he went above and beyond. He gave us waters and made sure we were comfortable. Instead of just taking us straight to the hotel, he gave us an impromptu tour of the city, pointing out landmarks and sharing insights that made us feel instantly connected to Qatar. He was patient, kind, and genuinely thoughtful—never rushing us, always making sure we were comfortable, and truly making us feel welcomed. It wasn’t just a transfer, it was an introduction to Doha through the eyes of someone who clearly loves his city. This was by far one of the best arrivals we’ve ever had anywhere in the world. Reliable transfer - Good transfer. Reliable and flexible - we asked last minute to drop bags at one hotel then proceed to another (early morning arrival). This was no problem.

WORRY FREE TRANSITING - Phenomenal service while transiting through Hammad International Airport. I had booked Platinum heading east and Gold heading west (transfer time limitations). I was met at the gate or on the plane depending on where we parked. My attendant took care of all transit paperwork, and you also received priority boarding. Platinum service allowed me up to 6 hours in the lounge which had shower facilities, fantastic and I was able to secure a locker for my carry-on. I arrive late so the quiet area was full but honestly, I did explore the airport.

Big Huge with good signage - I was there on 28/10/24 on transit to Baku. The airport is massive but they have good signage in english language. Ample places to relax and charging your handphones.

Unfamiliar driver - Quick communication and connected me with diver upon arrival quickly. Unfortunately driver didn’t know how to get to our hotel so a short 20 min drive turned into 45+ min as driver didn’t know how to get to our hotel lobby and we had to back up 2 roads after wrong turns. Driver also did not speak to us at all.

Worst experience - No one showed up to pick up, and when I called, no one answered. I reached out again, and they told me they couldn’t find my booking reference, even though they had contacted me before the flight. This is extremely unprofessional.
