Beautiful experience in the fairy grotto - Interest leadership with lots of new information. In the end, the technology failed, yet informative and entertaining. One immersed oneself in the time of pit work. The audience and also children are very involved.

An emotional tour with Micha - First of all, a heartfelt thank you to the grotto guide "Micha", who explained this fantastic and fairytale world with his manner, but also the world above ground humorously with his knowledge and views. His way of thinking about everyone....also and especially those who are no longer so good "on foot" (we were underground with a tour group) has impressed us emotionally very strongly. Dear Micha, even if you, according to your own information, have been 395 years in this world...:-))...so we two wish you all the best!!, so that you can make many more visitors happy. Best regards Rita and Wolfgang

The guided tour is excitingly designed and provides interesting insights into the history and origin of the colourful caves. The on-site gastronomy also impresses with a diverse and delicious offer. An all-round worthwhile excursion into a fascinating underworld!

Definitely worth it, especially the light show is beautiful! It is narrow, but you get an impression of the mining industry. - It was a beautiful experience. Impression of the mining industry, and also as a Dutchman you can hear the context of the story. Light spectacle is spectacular

After starting difficulties a wonderful experience. - After my research on the Internet on the official Website, where it was described that there is a place for dogs to stay, nothing stood in the way of a visit. Once there we were kindly given a key for the doghouse. Arriving around the trunk, it turned out that it was so defective, dad and his little dog could cop out. The nice lady at the reception tried to reach someone from the line. Nobody answered the phone. The nice lady then prepared to take care of our little one for 1 hour. This made it a great experience. The tour was very great and there was not one eye left dry in the fairy grotto. The buddy who made due guidance and the lady at the till , made us forget our disappointment again. A magical place , with magical employees looking over drn Telkerrand. I can highly recommend everything. Not a full score from the start.

Not for people with claustrophobia! - Rather scary experience for people with a slight tendency to claustrophobia. At the beginning there was nothing wrong at all but at the long mine I dropped out. I would rather have been warned in advance about this very narrow long corridor. That's why my rating is low. But if you are not claustrophobic, this is undoubtedly a top attraction!

Isn't the money worth it - For 16€ per person I expected more than 4 stops with a lot of blah. Only all the talk filled the time, he was quite nice, but interesting was the least of it. After the guided tour, you can also go straight to the shop and if you like, you can then go to the museum opposite or walk in the forest. I wouldn't recommend it. There is no recommendation from me.
