Mango Catamaran to Isla Mujeres and snorkeling - I highly recommend this group. We had a great experience. The crew were so friendly and went above and beyond to help my 90 year old mother enjoy the cruise and snorkeling. Special thanks to Willy, who was so kind and helpful to my mother and took great care of all of us!

Sightseeing in Isla Mujeres - What a beautiful crossing! The guide explained everything in 3 languages. The beach is beautiful. Lots of people, lots of pressure but they're still nice.

A Perfect Way to go to the Isla! - We booked this excursion through our hotel. TOnce we got the the dock it was really busy so we had to make sure we were in the right line etc.. Our tour guide was Yvette and she was amazing. Not only did she speak 4 languages, she was knowledgeable and friendly.
Once on the boat it wasn't long before they gave us our boxed lunch consisting of a chicken wrap, pasta and a muffin. We weren't very hungry so we didn't eat much of it. Next on the agenda was snorkeling which was optional and many people chose not to snorkel and just to hang out on the boat, enjoy the lively music with all the beer, margaritas, and tequila sunrises you wanted.
Upon arriving at Isla Mujeres we were given detailed directions on where to venture off to what tips of either hanging out at the beach or renting a golf cart to tour the island. We chose to hang out at the beach. We walked about ¼ of a mile before we found some beach chairs that were not outrageously priced. We found a bar with beach chairs at $10 each, this included the use of their restrooms/showers/ and bar service. The beach is beautiful, clear and clean. After our beach time we walked the plaza area where you can find lots of souvenirs - expect to pay tourist prices!
We boarded back on the boat and headed to Cancun, again given cocktails and beer. It was a great trip and we would definitely use this company again!

Experience to do - Well organized snorkeling activities. Provided by the crew fins, goggles, lifebuoy. Reef nothing exceptional, compared to that of the Red Sea.
Cheerful and engaging crew, with drinks always ready and in quantity. Lunch consumed at a resort on Isla Mujeres.
Afterwards, take them downtown where you can buy souvenirs, or swim in the beach the obera of the island.

No explanation given - The experience was okay. The only issue I had is that my tickets were changed last minute. I had paid for an upgrade experience all inclusive. The boat that was assigned to us initially was nicer and bigger. While waiting to embark all of the sudden my tickets were changed and I was assigned to a less nicer boat. No explanation. It was very hard to communicate with someone to ask for an explanation.
Definitely a bummer

Okay Snorkel & Island Tour - Overall okay snorkling & island trip. Pros - good drinks & plenty of them, beautiful island, helpful crew, nice sail. Cons - short time snorkeling, too long at the island, very crowded on the boat, food fair, boat late docking, loud techno music.

Mass tourism, crammed catamaran, poor snorkelling and food. Just get the ferry instead. - Mass tourism tour… get ready to queue at the port. There were 100 people squeezed on the boat, limited seating, snorkelling was a joke. Several boats all in the same area swimming from one location to another in a pack, you literally see the flippers in front of you and not much more than that. You spend more time waiting in a line in the water to get back on the boat than looking at fish etc. Also, there were very few fish… I think I saw 3 or 4! So a waste of time. The island was ok, it was busy, with shops etc. the beaches were nice, but again quite busy. The lunch included was also not great. The positives were the hammocks in the sea where you could cool down after lunch. That’s about it… on the way back the boat was turned in to a ‘party boat’. Drinks flowed and overall the staff were friendly and there was some dancing by those who took full advantage of the free bar. If you are looking for a relaxing day, decent snorkelling, nice lunch, quiet beaches, this is not the tour for you. Also if you are getting picked up and dropped off to the port, just check how long it takes. It took us 2 hours on the way there and 1 hour on the way back due to dropping other people off. Overall not for us. If you want to go to the island just make your own way to the main port, get a ferry and choose somewhere to eat and swim, there were plenty of places to eat in the town. It will involve less waiting and probably a better experience overall.

Very bad experience - Very bad experience. Lots of alcohol and runaway, shameful situations in charge of minors, without the captain, guide and crew doing anything. Isla Mujeres left us in a business, NOT a beach club as they said. The beach was 5 meters and then there were the boats
