I understand that you all run a business and want to maximize the amount of folks that can enjoy the natural beauty of the lake and caves as well as kayaking fun. I also understand it's a business so you are trying to maximize profit. But where does greed overcome compassion? I read all of your 72 hours advance needed for cancellation and had no intention of cancelling. I also had something completely unplanned happen as we pulled up to make our tour, right on time, which was that my 14 year old niece was having an emotional meltdown surrounding her boyfriend and their communication, bawling, and begging to not have to be seen by others as she was crying, right at that exact same moment. I am 31 years old and this is the first time I've had one of my nieces or nephews for the entire weekend alone. I was really jazzed to get out on the water with her. Though Ellie the manager tried to call someone to fill my spot unsuccessfully, I felt it really lacked all human compassion to keep my money in the light of my family situation. It bums me out that businesses like yours don't make exceptions for reimbursement, or even a gift certificate to come back. Though I want to see the caves, I doubt I'd pay your company to do that because of the stingy and greedy feeling of no consideration of reimbursement in that family emotional moment. I will say that your guide, Michael, is a phenomenal human and showed utmost compassion, even coming to my car to try to talk my niece into coming; he was so understanding and kind. It's never too late to choose love, and I'd like to let you know that this money is very valuable to me. It could help me to support another teenager who is growing into his videography skills. I will be paying him to make a video for me as I put my tiny house up for a fundraising auction; I don't make a lot working with the Earth growing food. I would appreciate to come back with gift certificate support. And again, I understand you have to draw the line somewhere, but these times are calling for a lot more understanding and coming together - I would love if you found it in your heart to show that compassion. Keep Michael, he is a good one.

Jamiah and Sam were our tour guides for the half day Sea Caves tour. We loved how easy-going, knowledgeable, encouraging and funny these two were! They work great together and they both do a really great job putting anybody's fears at ease. We will definitely be coming back in the future!
