Greta day out cycling across the bridge, the pick up was easy and what I hired was a hybrid which is not an e-bike but they upgraded the bikes no quibble
and no cost, mine had dodgy gears which they also changed without any argument and was much better

Great customer service and I’m ok with the bike being older model but
It really needs some basic maintenance as far as clean drivetrain and chain greased. I’ll come back but for the $ you are charging you should have better maintained equipment.
