I just left a review on your sight. This tour was very disappointing. Our driver didn’t seem to know it was a holiday light tour. We googled some of the City’s holiday displays and we didn’t see any of those, I.e. City Hall, UnionSquare, or any of the Illuminate SF locations. I am here with my daughters and granddaughter for a special holiday weekend and this was supposed to be the highlight of our trip and it was a huge let down. I see more holiday lights and displays driving through my own neighborhood daily. I would like to have my money refunded, we did not get what I paid for.
