My son was happy with the camp - I guess there was a change in instructiors and one was vocal about not wanting to be there. I would prefer a more professional communication around kids as they can be impressionable

My grandkids ranged in age from 8 to 15. All five had a great time. All five wanted to return the second day. Kayla and JT were amazing instructors and the kids loved the camp! Would so again for sure.

You obviously know why you received this rating. The whole disaster could have so easily been prevented with a simple phone call beforehand. We would easily have rearranged the time. You know that this was a surprise present for a 14yo kid that ended in our having to tell him wasn't going to happen after we had driven an hour telling him there was a very exciting surprise at the end of the trip. Would encourage you to conduct yourself as a professional rather than a disaster of a person if you plan to continue running a business. I think the most insulting and unprofessional thing you said was, "how many times do I have to apologize?" The second worst was "This has been a terrible week for me." Reflect on those statements and see if you can recognize the way in which you are self-absorbed rather than customer-focused, profoundly poor qualities in someone trying to run a business. Time to grow up and try to do better.
