We were told to show up 30 minutes before reservation at 10am. No one was there until 10:15 and we didn’t even get on the jet ski until 10:45. We were paying a baby sitter so the delay was very disappointing and inconvenient.

Lack of professionalism unbalanced and unsafe jets ski I could've lost my life if was in open open ocean the management is terrible Asian looking dude refused to help us till everyone started screaming because I was begging people to come help my 4 year old son I will not let this slide I could've lost my life if I was in open ocean with 3 to 4 feet waves because of terrible unsafe and unbalanced jets which I have pictures to prove
