The absolute best.. - The operatives were all polite, courteous and really knowledgeable about every zip line. They made the day exceptionally memorable. I enjoyed it so much I wanted to book for another day. Endure you wear trainers and either purchase or bring a nose covering if doing the AVT. Money was much every pound or peso..💕

Best Experience from our trip! - This was a perfect way to spend the day in Mexico! Everyone was so friendly and made sure that we had the best time. Willy was our main guide, and he was great! We had never been zip lining before and were a little nervous, but the nerves went away instantly! The views were stunning, the cenote was so fun to relax in for a while and the company was great! One piece of advice is to wear clothes you don’t mind being wet in for the rest of the day or pack a change of clothes :)

Great Guides! - We picked to not do ATVs because they aren't really our thing so we just did the zip lining and the cenote and it was very beautiful. I appreciated how they taught us how to zip-line first because it was my first time. Definitely worth it!

Zipline and cenote was sooo much fun! - We had such a great day, Chiro, our tour guide, was great! My friend, who is 70yrs old, was safe and felt like she had the time of her life. Thanks again Chiro! You made a great vacation and the safety of all the staff was of top priority! Loved it all, very special day.

Exciting, memorable, couldn't stop smiling - The entire adventure from pick up at our hotel to the finish of the day with a delicious lunch was great. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The ziplining was so much fun and there were 10 lines on the course. The cenote was beautiful, cool and refreshing and the meal was very enjoyable. There were lockers available which was very useful also. Overall a super experience.

Bring good shoes for all them stairs - Thank you Pepe and crew for keeping us safe and allowing us to try 17 different zip lines. We got our exercise on those stairs to the top! Don’t forget to wear walking shoes and bring your big repellent.

Good zipline - some delays and no Macaw birds this year - Staff and pickup was good. Overall staff are friendly and efficient. 2nd experience with this zipline excursion as some of the group went last year. Overall good experience. Rated a 4 as when we got there after line - they were out of gloves, and also out of harnesses — which then delayed everyone prob 30-40 minutes. This was a morning visit as well so a little odd. The other difference and not sure why — but they usually had some beautiful Macaw birds that you took pictures with during the initial welcome. My daughter, who didn’t go last year but saw our pictures, was a little disappointed that the birds weren’t there this year. Overall - you will enjoy.

Fun time, ATV package not worth it - I did the ATV + Canopy tour, I'll break my review into a part for each (all prices USD): "Rollercoaster" - weight limit is 245 pounds, this isn't listed anywhere. I didn't realize it was included, so I won't be harsh. Quick, fun surprise. Zip Lines - These were the highlight of the trip. It all went by really fast. The staff was great, interactive, and really added a little bit extra. Well worth the $. ATV - Not even remotely close to being worth the 50$ price difference. It was a small course, you just run a lap around and call it a day. I would MAYBE pay 10$ for it. The vehicle have probably never been worked, just all in all very unimpressed. Cenote - They need to clean some of their equipment. It was nice, but adding towels for guests there would have been very helpful. All it all it was a good time. Not the nicest cenote but that's not what you book this tour for. Transportation - Driver was amazing, very good condition. Name was Jorge. Car was in a pretty good condition for Cancun standards! Guides - Our guide Charlie was great. Very interactive in both English and Spanish. Made everyone feel included. Nothing negative to say. Food - My party was impressed, the food had great flavor and was a good way to wrap up the trip. Pictures - They cost 25$ a picture or 100$ for all. They make sure you don't have your phone for ziplining so you have to buy them. Just making you aware. Thoughts: The non-ATV package lasts the same length of time just no ATVs. I'd say 110$ (per person) for Transportation, Food, Cenote, and Zip Lines is VERY fair. If you book just save the money on the ATVs.

Did not agree with the booking - Did not agree to what we hoped or booked in that case. 2 activities missed and one cenote instead showed up
