The only word is spectacular. - Santiago and the arcade were awesome. Highly recommend. Santiago made the experience, kind, empathetic, you can look in his eyes and tells he really cares. Authentic!

Arcade fun - I did one of the Wizard of Oz pusher games. So addicting, but loads of fun. Brett at the redemption counter was super nice and friendly.

First of all the guy up front was super great and nice. He let us play while he found out for sure for his manager: - We were staying right down from arcade city in gatlinburg so went to one there (usually can use gift card any location but I guess not) this was only for pigeon forge location which was way out of there way for us to go Friday at that time so went missed it and I spent my rewards for nothing. We ended up not going so I wasted my points and money
