Rules
- All renters must be 25 years of age and have a valid Drivers License
- All renters must possess the skills, knowledge, and ability to operate a manual vehicle
- All renters must arrive 20 minutes prior to rental time
- All renters are required to use our insurance; Insurance costs are $15/day
- All drivers and riders are required to sign our liability waiver and rental agreement
- It is mandatory that our renters wear a helmet; you may bring your own or one will be available here
- A fuel charge of $35 and will be added if you return the Slingshot with less gas than what was given to you
- A Security Authorization Hold of $1500.00 will be applied to your credit card at time of rental; the Motorcycle/Slingshot operator will need to provide a valid credit card for the Security Authorization Hold
- We hold this deposit as an authorization hold on your credit card; it is not a charge
- The deposit is refundable only if we as a company decide that the weather is unsafe for renters
Cancellation policy
- We do not offer credits or refunds for early returns, or any unused portion of the rental period
- Drivers who appear intoxicated, hungover, or unfit to drive will be allowed to transfer their rental to different, safer time slot based on availability
- Absolutely no refunds are given to impaired drivers at our full discretion; safety of others is our top priority

The whole process from beginning to end was extremely easy. I got the exact experience I was hoping to have. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and can’t wait to be back myself. The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful, they were a huge component of my review.

This was amazing. Everyone need to rent a slingshot and see the views. Also the people where very welcoming and professional.
