3-Hour Boat Party in Miami

This boat party was cancelled just hours before our designated time. This wouldn’t have been a problem due to the circumstances if they had told me it was cancelled. I came with a group who all had tickets for this boat party. Only one person from my group received a text saying it was cancelled. Nobody else did and when we tried to contact them to confirm, nobody answered.

The event was cancelled everyone was told they would receive a refund and we have not received anything as of yet. I will not be booking another event

I did not attend this boat party. I was sent a text message stating that there would be a refund for this party. I was not in the state of Florida due to cancelling of my trip to Miami due to COVID-19.

I emailed requesting a refund on my deposit for not being able to attend due to the corona virus and I get no response but I can get an email asking to fill out a survey? Ridiculous and irresponsible. Will never use this company again

I am asking for a refund please. It was my boyfriend and I. And I sat the entire time. It was very much so disorganized and it being my birthday I’m even more disappointed. I was told to be at the pub between 330 and 4 and I was there before 4 o’clock and the bus had already left us. Then we thankfully found out where the dock is and it was at bay front park...so we had to drive there AND the advertisements and info for this “boat party” is very misleading. It should have said that the boat isn’t a separate boating company and that it’s on the same boat as the boat ride for 10$!!!!!!! I would have rather had payed 10$ for the same ride. And I do feel like others should know about this and shouldn’t waste their money or time. Also. Thank goodness we pulled up when we did or the boat would’ve left without us... we left before 430. And the boat is suppose to leave at 5....this seems super scammy and unprofessional. I felt uncomfortable on boat by this point before we even left the dock and it got dirty and messy quick.
