Great tour guide! - Savanah was a marvelous and knowledgeable guide! I do think a quiet box should be used on this tour as the area is very congested and traffic noise is very loud. Otherwise a wonderful experience.

Great military history yiur - This tour with Kate was very interesting and informative. The only issue we had was the description said it would be 90 minutes and then you get access to the war rooms, but it was actually 2 1/2 hours. Kate was very accommodating and we worked out a plan to fit our other events planned for the day. Also, note, the location meeting point is actually a little further south from where Apple Maps shows—it tools is extra time to find the group. Would recommend.

Great Insight into WWII and Winston Churchill - First off, you do NOT need a guided tour of this attraction. Just get a ticket ahead of time to ensure entrance. We were there for the opening, and by the time we had gotten to the end, it was getting crowded. You are given a set of headsets when you enter that has multiple languages you can listen to as you walk through the various rooms. It was very interesting learning about Winston Churchill and his staff, their planning, how they lived, worked, etc. It took us probably 2.5 hours to really look at displays, and by the end there was a pretty good crowd as I think a lot of people just kind of rush through. If you like history, you'll enjoy this. Is it good for small kids - probably not.

Viator Sucks!! - We arrived at the meeting point address on the ticket. No one was there. I tried to contact the tour operator with no response. Called Viator 5 times and was on hold for 15 minutes. They said they were calling the tour operator and for me to hold on and then I was disconnected and I had to call back. We were trying to meet up wherever they were. I was put off and they started the refund process. Today I received an email saying no refund. My sister had a problem with Viator last week with them as well. I am never using Viator again. We had to pay for our own way in to the event. Other people have been telling me about Viator and all the problems that have been going on. My advise don’t use this company!!
