Great excursion to the mountains - Great time with our guide!! It was just me and my friends so it was even better, lots of talking about Poland. We went to Zakopane, did the funecular which gave a great view of the mountains! We strolled through the main streets and tried the smoked grilled cheese (serki) which was excellent. We then drove to some thermal pools and were able to stay a bit longer as guide was flexible. Pools were not crowded and very relaxing, there is a restaurant inside which is excellent!

Great Day Out - From start to finish our day was great. Bart was a fab guide doing a great job of something that must be repetitive for him. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this trip.

Tatra Moutains and Zakopane Tour from Krakow - Pickup and drop off at hotel was convenient. Tour stops included the sheeps milk cheese making which included tasting, the wooden church, then to Zakopane. We were able to explore on our own at our own pace to enjoy the hilltop views or shopping or restaurants. I liked the choice of how to spend my own time there.

A long drive but a spectacular view - We had been travelling through a number of cities and we were looking for something a little different. The Tatra mountains are stunning and Zakopane is a mountain tourist village nestled in the valley. We went by cable car to Gubalowka for a spectacular view over the valley. You could imagine what it would look like buried in a metre of snow. We ate a roll for lunch provided by KS overlooking the valley and then had a coffee and icecream from one of the many cafes. It was a sunny day and there were lots of people just sitting and enjoying the view. Our driver Jacob stopped at a number of places for photos on the way and the day also included a ticket to the top of the ski jump in Zakopane. There are little tourist pop ups behind the Cafes and at the bottom of the mountain there is a market as well. We were up the top for 1.5 hours but you could come down earlier and shop a bit. We fell asleep on the way back as it is along drive but the views were spectacular and we have some amazing photos and memories. We were well looked after by Jacob who got us there and back safely.

First time in Krakow - My wife and I were in krakow from 13/5/24 until 17/5/24 , booked 2 airport transfers and 3 tours all with Mrshuttle . The 3 drivers for our tours all turned up at our hotel (Pod Wawelem) when they were supposed to and on time in vehicles that were spotlessly clean. Big thank you to Olaf (saltmines), Peter (Zakapone) and apologies to the driver who took us to Auschwitz (forgot his name but he was excellent and professional also). We paid for 3 packed lunches which were excellent also and well worth it. My wife and I really enjoyed our first trip to Krakow, big thank you to all our drivers and Mrshuttle.

Rushed - Only trip with Mr shuttle that really disappointed. The areas we visited were amazingly beautiful and picturesque but the ski lift was closed, visit to zakopane was extremely short and rushed. Would love to repeat trip in a hire car to have more time

Beautiful places, with driver rather than tour guide - ‘Tour guides was less of a tour guide and more of a driver. I’m not sure whether he was supposed to be on this tour or not? No information or interaction whilst driving (which is a lot of your day!) and when at locations you are just dropped off with no info. Would pay more next time for experience as this was cheapest Tatre from Krakow I found... actual locations were beautiful and I would 100% recommend the activities themselves.

Pick up was too early meaning everything was closed - When booking, for the Tuesday, the estimated pick up was 8:30/9am. The night before we were told 7am which meant we were unable to have breakfast as hotel breakfast wasn’t opened. We were driven to Gubalowka hill around 1.5 hours way and told by the tour guide we had 3 hours there. Everything was closed. I messaged Mr shuttle as we couldn’t buy as much as a drink on the hill. They advised this isn’t the case and everything was opened (I was there, it wasn’t) finally, things began to open 2 hour later! Our tour guide then messaged to say it was 1.5 hours on the hill and to come back down using the funicular we arrived it. Only, he hadn’t given us the return tickets. Luckily he managed to send them via what’s app. When we arrived back down the tour guide was annoyed that the other group of 4 we travelled with, were not with us. As he hadn’t given them the tickets either, which meant he had to call the office to obtain their number as they hadn’t taken his mobile - we were two seperate parties. He then walked us across to the town which again was mostly closed and told us to come back after another 1.5 hours. We wandered around aimlessly ourselves trying to find somewhere to eat. Eventually we did. It was very unorganised, nothing was explained. The tour guide then explained it was his first time doing that trip but it made our experience bad and he should have been briefed by Mr shuttle. All that being said the thermal baths was just ok, not what I expected. A massive leisure centre most floors are busy and aimed for kids. The minus 1 level was great for adults though, we loved it there. Very relaxing.

Crazy chauffeur from Zakopane to Krakau - On our way from Krakau to Zakopane we had a nice chauffeur who drove safely. However the chauffeur on our way back was a crazy kamikaze. Braking late, not keeping distance and last but note least he didn’t listen to us when we asked to slow down. The bad experience did not compensate the trip to Zakopane.
