Top notch - This was a great experience. We have been to Cancun about 10 times and have had varying degrees of satisfaction with our transportation company to our hotel. This was very favorable. We were greeted by Amy at the airport and she was delightful. She made sure we were set with our return pick up as well. Our driver was safe and courteous. I was watching him and he is a master of the manual transmission. My wife didn’t even realize we were in a vehicle with a manual. I wish I was as smooth on the clutch as he was.

Reliable Transportation in Cancun - Excellent, reliable, friendly, and punctual. We were directed to an easily idenftifiable person waiting for us outside the airport. 15 minutes later we had a friendly driver take us where we had a reservation. On the return, they showed up right on schedule. Definitely recommend.

Great, easy, transportation - Happy Shuttle Cancun was perfect for my family/friends of 13. After landing and retrieving bags and finding Happy Shuttle staff we realized an item was left on the plane which took approximately 30 mins to retrieve. Happy Shuttle was very patient with waiting for all of our party to return. We also didn’t realize that Delta and other flights lands in two different areas at the airport. One of our passengers landed in the other part of the airport and happy shuttle went out of their way to get on the phone with the passenger, tell her where to go and what to look for on that side, and brought her to us on the Delta side where we were all able to load together. Thank you Happy Shuttle for the extra things you did. Even picking us up at 5:00am to return to the airport. On time! Would recommend this company to everyone coming to Cancun!

The staff was friendly... - The staff was friendly and attentive. We had a short wait due to a busy time at the airport, but our shuttle driver was so nice and informative! I would recommend this company to someone looking for transport in Cancun.

Amazing communication and right on time - We booked round trip transport from CUN to the hotel zone. We waited about 10 min at the airport which is normal but their outstanding service came into play on our way back to the airport. Our flight was delayed 3 TIMES. I reached out to happy shuttle and Benjamin at customer service was AMAZING. They were able to pushback our pickup time not once but TWICE. I got an answer within 2 minutes of reaching out to them via WhatsApp. Our driver Pedro was even a few minutes early for pickup while other guests from the hotel were still waiting on their rides for over 30 minutes. We will definitely be using happy shuttle again ! Thank you sooo much !

Poor customer service and flight monitoring - TLDR: nice drivers, customer service is awful, no flight monitoring. USA TRANSFERS or Taxi Riviera Maya are better options This is our first time using their service, and will be our last. We have always used USA Transfers but they increased their price. A lot of reviews and online recommendation for this company so we decided to book. It has been a headache since we landed. The check in process was super chaotic. There were about 5 or 6 groups that they were processing at the same time, which is fine, but felt totally unorganized. In the midst of waiting among a sea of people and cars, the staff had to shout over the noise to confirm our shuttle with us. He also asked when we would like to be picked up from our hotel for the return trip to the airport. This took me off guard because we already gave them our flight info. Our previous shuttle service always gave us the pickup time. I confirmed our flight info and the staff member said 9:30 am pickup will be fine for our departure flight time. Fine. The car is okay, driver was nice. Get to the hotel fine. Day before departure, I get an email stating that my pickup time is not enough time for our departure. I call them, customer service has no idea about this email. But we decided on an earlier time that they recommend. I get ANOTHER EMAIL at 10:30 pm stating that is still not enough time. Exasperated, I called and tried to move it back PER THEIR RECOMMENDATION but unfortunately got there’s no availability. This is so confusing and frustrating. This is what they do… they should be able to give me an appropriate pickup time according to my flight! I am now, day of at 1 am, trying to find another shuttle and stressed out. You get what you pay for and I do not recommend this service at all.
