Good Service as expected & recommended by others. - Service was exactly as we expected. No surprises. We waited about 15-20 minutes after contacting Happy Shuttle agent at Cancun then were assigned a vehicle & off to Hilton All inclusive Pedro Morelos. Return was also good as informed we were picked up at the hotel at 5 am and driven to the Cancun Airport Terminal 3. No issues, good service. Recommend this service to all who need it. App drives do not work at Cancun Airport, and are difficult to get at the Hilton.

Service was exactly as promised - Every thing about the trip was exactly as promised. The driver was competent and courteous. Driver even stopped at a Omar so we could pick up some supplies for the morning

Highly recommend Happy Shuttle Cancun - Happy Shuttle was easy to find right outside the airport and were super friendly. Their instructions in their confirmation email were helpful in avoiding the chaos inside the airport. My sister was landing in a different terminal and they were super helpful in helping us locate her and talked to airport security to let her pass through to meet up with us. We then had a comfortable clean van that took us to our hotel. On our way back to the airport, the shuttle was right on time at our hotel. The price is reasonable for how long the drive is. I will definitely book with them again and highly recommend to anyone traveling to Cancun.

Perfecto! - Fantastic service from Happy Shuttle. On time in both directions, easy communication. We will definitely book with them every time from now on. On the way to Playa Del Carmen, our driver stopped so we could pick up some sunscreen and beer; I love their very friendly service.

Service Excellence - Thank you to the team at Happy Shuttle Cancun for providing my wife and I will excellent service. Highly recommend!! - My wife and I used Happy Shuttle Cancun for private transfer to and from our hotel. Great experience from start to finish. Excellent communication, transfers were on time, very pleasant drivers as well as kiosk hosts at the airport. We definitely will use Happy Shuttle again! We highly recommend!

Great communication & safe transportation - Happy Shuttle Cancun was communicative and exactly where they said they’d be at the Cancun airport! We had safe and comfortable transportation to Playa del Carmen with a friendly driver. They arranged my pickup before we left the airport, leaving me with peace of mind for the return trip back. In my opinion they are also priced very fairly for private transportation.
