Great service! Friendly Employees! - Organized my transportation to and from the ferry prior to getting to Cancun. We were able to walk past all the chaos at the airport, find our clearly marked Happy Shuttle person, he directed us to the pickup location. We waited maybe 10-15 min. A driver took just the two of us to the ferry - had our pre-ordered cervesa and water. Gave us our round trip ferry tickets and set up a time to pick us up at the ferry 10 days later which also went smoothly! Great service - makes the start and end of the trip care free! Drivers spoke fluent English, were knowledgeable about the area and good sense of humor!

Flexible changes during Hernando storm - Happy shuttle took good care of us. We were in Mexico during winter storm Hernando and needed to change our plans multiple times. Each time we got prompt responses from Happy Shuttle and allowed us to make the changes, no problem. They were timely on both ends of the trip. Would definitely use again. Highly recommend .

Great service! No problems at all - Happy Shuttle provided a prompt and comfortable roundtrip service from Terminal 4 at Cancun Airport to the ferry terminal. Our wait times were minimal both times. Jairo was our driver for our return trip - and he provided us with a very friendly experience. There are a lot of options for shuttles, but we. were very pleased with Happy Shuttle.

Heartily recommend this service! - Well oiled machine! Excellent care. Punctual. Employees extremely courteous and pleasant. Vans immaculate. Step by step instructions. They exceeded my expetations! I can heartily recommend them. I will be using them the next time I visit.

I highly recommend them. They were easy to deal with and efficient. - We booked a return shuttle from the airport to the Isla Mujeres ferry, with the ferry ticket included. It was just myself and my girlfriend. It was easy to book online. It was a bit of wait at the airport because they had quite a few others waiting on a shuttle. After checking in, they circled back to us and we jumped on the shuttle, no problem. They scheduled our pick up at the ferry dock to take us back to the airport, and again were on time with a big brand new shuttle.

Great transportation but listen to instructions! - We arranged roundtrip transportation from Cancun airport to Isla Mujeres Ferry terminal plus purchased roundtrip ferry tickets. The drivers were exceptional! The person at the airport was friendly too but I misunderstood his communication or my weary traveller’s brain forgot what he said. It would be nice to have separate English instructions from Happy to keep all documents they give you for the return trip home. I thought we only had to keep the taxi chit. We ended up having to purchase an additional ferry ticket for the return trip. The ultramar ferry ticket does not say in English it’s a return trip but it is! The transportation otherwise was perfect!
