Zakopane - Amazing trip, so much to do, you do 2 little trips first to the house and then cheese and vodka tasting then to Zakopane for 2 hours free time with amazing views, food and shopping then to thermal springs for relaxing time in the thermal baths. Matthew our tour guide was amazing made us feel welcome and always explaining what is happening next and how to do things.

Great to see Poland outside of the city ! - Absolutely loved this trip ! Mike was a fantastic and very enthusiastic guide. Pick up right outside hotel and looked after really well all day. The stops were fantastic and so great to see more of Poland outside of the city. Super little stops on way to Zacopane, it included tickets upto the mountain. Would have maybe liked an extra bit of time here to explore the Main Street further but didn't spoil day. Thermal water park was so lovely especially with tired legs from long tour previous day too - it was most welcome and just the right amount of time spent here. (You can hire towels here for £2 each so don't worry about carrying them around all day) Would definitely recommend this tour.

Great tour! - Great tour! Brilliant tour guide Max who explained everything in depth and was very attentive. We went in Feb, imagine it would be every better at Christmas. Would definitely recommend!

Zakopone and Thermal bath - Toure guide excellent we beat crowds for every attraction visited scenery amazing.Outside pool at mountain spa view of snowy mountains fantastic. Adult only spa excellent ,Highly recommended.

Amazing day trip - Amazing trip through the mountains, and the thermal baths were a fantastic finish. A full day out, plenty of sightseeing and activities.

Very chilled out day. - Thermal baths were excellent, swim up bar was really good and no cash required as the wrist band is used for everything.

Tale of 2 halves - Wouldn't recommend booking through viator. Weather was shocking so when you go up to the top from the train nothing was open so you will get a very different experience weather dependant so check before you go as the tour will run regardless. Can't help the weather but any normal responsible company would check beforehand and offer alternatives. Guide was pleasent enough but gave little or no information to the stops so you had to figure it out. Other tours had a much more engaging and informative experience. Spa was amazing. Great experience and really reasonable gor food and drinks. Would recommend but not through viator!

Nice itinerary shame about being rushed though it - The trip itself was lovely and our guide Kamil was nice but the entire day felt totally rushed and I constantly had to clock watch which really took away from my enjoyment. The tour advertises as 3 hours in zakopane yet we were given only 2.5 hours to go up in the cable car, look around zakopane and try to eat lunch meaning I had to inhale my food and had little time to just wander around. Again the thermal baths were advertised as 3 hours but once there we were given a tight 2.5 hours from leaving the coach to getting back on which meant I again had to rush as time was needed to change, find lockers, shower etc leaving a limited time in the spa. If we had been given our full 3 hours in each destination I would have loved this trip but instead i feel that the guide and driver were more concerned at getting back to the city early which really left a bad taste in my mouth and made me feel quite short changed. If I were to go back I'd make other transport arrangements.
