Mountains are beautiful! - Joanna was a fantastic host did everything she could do to make the day enjoyable. You get to spend a lot of time wondering around on your own which was great. Like other reviews the bus is a bit tight I was not too bad as I’m a shorty but still was invaded by the rude people in front of me who kept putting the seat back. Thermal baths is just a swimming pool complex very busy but was nice to unwind in the relaxing adults part for the last of the trip. But I didn’t let it ruin the day. It is a bit expensive for what it was but I’m glad I went the mountains are spectacular and all in all a good day out.

Well worth a visit - Our host was Weronika and she was amazing and made what was already a very enjoyable day that much better with her approachable and bubbly personality. Nothing was too much trouble. The cheese and vodka tasting was fab in the traditional style huts with the mountain backdrop, the stunning weather also made the experience that much more enjoyable. The stop off in the town was a good opportunity to see some of the less touristy parts of Poland too. Finally the stop off at the ski resort provides a great opportunity to look around the stalls, buy souvenirs and have a bite to eat and you get 2.5 hours to roam at your own leisure. Then back on the bus to the thermal baths which were an amazing way to unwind after a long busy day. Lots of jacuzzi's and pools both indoor and outdoor to enjoy not to mention the pool bar. There is a sauna but be warned this comes at additional cost. From start to finish the experience is hassle free, your host will contact you the day before on WhatsApp to confirm pick up time and then you are added to a group chat with the others on the tour where your host can share information and communicate with you throughout the day.

A nice day away from the city - Well organised for what is a typical tourist day out. Mountains/ zakopane and the thermal pools were good fun. Note that the minibus was full and some people did not get to sit next to their partners.

Pleasant trip - Overall a lovely day out, our tour guide Joanna (might be wrong spelling) was efficient, communicative and informative, lovely lady who couldn’t do enough to make the tour enjoyable. The thermal spa is more like a leisure complex but still good fun. The downside to the day was the minibus, it’s a long journey and the bus seating was cramped and very uncomfortable , for anybody over 5ft 3inches painful. Whilst there are regular stops the transport is unsuitable for anything other than a short local trip. Despite this we very much enjoyed the locations.

Nothing like advertisement. Very poor experience - Disappointing at every stage. Hotel pickup and drop off did not happen. Time revised by 2hrs, 24 people crammed onto a Mercedes vito minibus, cheese tasting was rubbish and was a stop on side of the road, and the thermal springs are nothing more than an outdoor public swimming pool with heated water. 51/2 hrs in a crammed minibus for that! Save your money and don’t be fooled by the advert photo. We complained to Tripadvisor but they did not respond!!
