To start, guests will enjoy herrings with sausages and traditional Polish vodka made from potatoes. Next, the tour will proceed to an old-style restaurant. In this elegant setting, guests will have the opportunity to try traditional Easter sour soup, żurek, with egg and sausage, traditionally served in a bread bowl. Following this, participants will taste stuffed cabbage and the traditional winter stew, bigos, made from cabbage, mushrooms, and meat. It’s then time for pastries. At the oldest café in Warsaw, guests will have the chance to try a donut with rose jam, a traditional local dessert. At the final stop, an aperitif will be served, featuring three different types of liqueur, historically made and served in the manors of Polish aristocrats.
