We will repeat - We had a great time. Very nice decor, very nice walk and very friendly all the boat staff. My children want to repeat.

A very nice excursion, very friendly - Very good experience, an adventure for children and adults. Very friendly crew and office staff. We had a problem and they would help us at all times. We have repeated with Santa Claus and Three Kings and without a doubt the following years.

Fun and exceptional treatment - We were a group of 45 people from La Falla with adults and children of different ages. We had a fantastic time. The excellent treatment of staff. And Melchor, the Grinch and the page have given us some very fun times. Thanks for everything. We will be back

Bad experience inside the port of Valencia - Bad experience. After an hour in line for the ticket, we boarded to make a 10-minute exit to the airport area. A mirror for the larks. I strongly discourage

There's nothing to see - Organization of this activity is fatal. A lot of people on the boat, there's not that many seats to sit with the baby. There is no Christmas atmosphere- no music, no pretty decorations. The photo area with Grinch - is the camouflaged fabric. Sure ?! Grinch is a military man?! Activities with the Grinch, Father Christmas - there's nothing to see. Cheap show, not professional. It is very sad that our children in the 21st century have to “eat” this. I don't recommend it. It's terrible. Better to go free to El Corte Inglés , Colon market to enjoy Christmas atmosphere than to pay and waste a lot of time on this boat.
