Chef Darin's Kitchen Table is so well laid out and very comfortable. Chef Darin takes time to explain why you're doing a certain technique, what is actually going on as you knead, stir or chop. Knife skills are also taught along with what to look for in a knife. The meal prep is fun and interesting, and the final result is a delicious meal prepared by the guests. Well done Chef Darin! 💯🐺

I enjoyed the time and expertise from Chef Darin. I always come away with some new idea for using food available or technique to improve my cooking skills. The people who participate are interesting and from all over.

I had a very enjoyable class with Chef Darin. Even though I do cook often it is Always good to learn new techniques. Chef is very knowledgeable and the kitchen shop was great too.

I received this class as a gift and really wasn't sure what to expect. Chef Darin does a great job of mixing demonstrations with hands on skills and chooses delicious recipes that serve as a great reward at the end of class! In the week or so since my class, I must have used the phrase "Oh, another thing I learned in my cooking class was..." a few dozen times! I would definitely recommend Chef Darin's classes for both newbies and skilled cooks. I will be back!

As always such a fun evening creating a summer summer that was light and delicious. Chef Darin does a great job no matter what your skill level is in the kitchen. When in Savannah it is must for both visitors and locals.
