Jeep your great way to see Cozumel - Carlos was a great guide. Weather didn’t cooperate but he improvised. I recommend! Jeep was comfortable and we didn’t have to navigate.

Good time in cozumel - Thw tour was fun. Hans was very informative and had a great personality. He was helpful with our entire family to answer questions and explain what we were doing. We were short on time but Hans made the most of the time we had. Beaches, food, tequila and shopping all awesome.

Israel was great! Our jeep not so much - Israel was a fantastic guide! He asked us what was important to us and tailored everything to our requests. We got to see all the things we wanted , nothing we didn't and even took us to a fruit stand as my wife requested. By asking what we wanted at the beginning we wasted no time backtracking as he could plan a good route! Please understand that the company doesn't own the jeeps, the company rents them daily. Ours was a little beat up , loud ac fan motor but fine and definitely safe! The fact that all the parks are included in the price are great. We asked Israel about the culture, what their day to day lives were like etc , he was very honest and interesting! Would reccomend!!!

Custom Cozumel jeep tour, a success. Thanks, Armando.!! Highly recommend!! Oh - This was an awesome tour. Our tour guide was Armando and very accommodating. We didn’t have to be in a hurry which we liked.!! He took us on an awesome tour lots of sites to see and gave us time at each stop really enjoyed this one and would recommend it to anyone.!! He was prompted in the morning and we got back at a reasonable time.!! Thanks Armando you’re a great guy!!

IF YO LIKE PRIVATE CUSTOMIZABLE TOURS THIS SERCIE IS FOR YOU - We booked a private tour from 6 of us. 2 couples with 2 - 17yr old daughters…. Booking was a breeze. Once on our cruise Hugo was super accessible answered all my questions. We had an idea of a few things we wanted and he assigned us to Paco.
Paco put together a great day for us. Off the beaten path where the locals go. Swam in a Cenote, swam with Dolphins, fajitas along the ocean. And the BEST Mojitos we have ever had. Paco was amazing and super customer oriented. Went out of his way to make sure we had a great day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Cozumel...wow! - You don't know how beautiful the island is until you take a tour.
Our guide Yareed (sp?) was great.
Super chatty and very informative.
It was a tour that had everything.
Beach, snorkel,lunch an ruins.
We even saw 3 crocodiles and some pink flamingos.
There was a tequila tasting, but that is not our thing.
We had to drive one of the jeeps, so groups of 4 or more be aware. Also, these are not super modern vehicles. Mine had every engine light on, but it made things more enjoyable.
Bring cash with you bc there are spots with zero visa!!!

Great island, crappy vehicle. - Seeing Cozumel was a great experience. The guide was okay, didn't talk much about the island but did point out some interesting things. The jeep was a joke. It looked okay on the outside but the inside and functionality of the vehicle was scary. Nothing worked. The door had to be opened from the inside. The rear seat was broken so you can only lean back and sideways. I felt like we got the bottom of the barrel when seeing other tourists around the island. I should have booked with them.

Great disappointment - We waited on the street for pick up for an hour and half. I had called to confirm 45 min prior. Many jeeps passed us on the street but none stopped for us. We were there with a wheelchair person....hard to miss!
We tried calling....had problems getting through. Your company texted us with apologies with the phone problems. When we texted back that we were waiting for the pick up....they wanted the booking # ...we sent that back and then got NO response back. It was VERY disappointing to say the least. We expect a FULL REFUND as the agreement was broken.
