Great experience! - We traveled on Royal Caribbean’s HOS and booked this excursion on our own. Johnny was an amazing tour guide! He clearly loves sharing Cozumel and its culture with others. He answered our questions and was very personable. Great time spent in Cozumel!

THIS IS A MUST-DO!!! - THIS WAS AWESOME!!! Alejandro picked up my wife and I at our hotel (NO DRIVING!!!)....and we had an amazing day traveling the island and learning some of its history....book this tour without hesitation....ask for Alejandro to be your guide and you should have no regrets. Fun with Francisco - We had such a great day! Francisco was a great guide. We loved zipping all around the island in our dune buggies. It was fun to get away from the ports.

Highly recommend! Ask for Youssef! - First off I want to say that we had an amazing time and no bad experiences at all! Our guide YOUSSEF was the best and I mean the best guide that my group has ever had in all of our traveling experiences and excursions! We started off the day with a tequila tasting at 9am what a great way to start off the day then went for a scenic drive and stopped at one of the local bars and beaches. We then proceeded to another tequila tasting which was also amazing and finished off the trip at a resort with a free lunch and time to snorkel and chill before going back to the ship! Youssef had the perfect balance he let us do our own thing while at the same time being involved and making sure we were having a good time. He wanted to make sure that we had the best time and gave us the option to customize our experience, if there was something we didn’t want to do we did not have to and if there was something that we wanted to do he would find a way to fit that into our schedule. Overall great experience and would highly recommend this as an excursion!

Is it my fault? Not so sure. - Did not realize, even though the tour operator should have done, that I was at the wrong port. Therefore missed the tour. Got there about two or three minutes late, hung around till 15 past the hour and realized that I had missed the tour. When I booked the operator knew I was on Norwegian line and it would have been a good use for them to let me know that I would need a cab to get to the right port. I would have then made arrangements to be on site earlier.

SCAM!! AVOID!! - Scam! No one ever came to pick us up. Per our confirmation, our meeting place was at a different port than our cruise arrived at. We paid for a taxi to the meeting point on our confirmation which was a little more than 5 minutes away and it was basically a deserted area. Not one, but two kind locals that passed by us offered to call the company for us since our phones wouldn’t work. The first local spoke with a lady who said our arrival port must have changed (which it hadn’t) and she’d send the guide to pick us up. About 15 minutes later another group from our cruise ship arrived and said they were waiting for the same company for the same tour. A second local passed by and called for both us and the other party. This time no one answered. 45 minutes passed and still no one had come to pick us up. At that point, we decided to try to salvage the rest of the day for our highly disappointed children, returned to our ship’s port and shelled out more money for another tour through our cruise line. We are highly disappointed in the lack of communication and follow through with this company. They never even tried to reach out to us directly, which has been our experience with other Trip Advisor vendors if we aren’t able to find them at the designated meeting time and place. Trip Advisor/Viator should not want to be affiliated with “companies” like this.

Tour company is awful. - To say we are disappointed would be an understatement. We are a party of 8 so we were to have two dune buggies which we were to drive ourselves following the tour guide. Our guide showed up 30 minutes late to our meet time, the dune buggies were essentially Nissan cars with no doors, we should’ve had two dune buggies to drive ourselves but the tour guide made 4, plus her, squeeze into one car which she drove, and our 5-6hr tour we were told would only be 4 hours. We never got to snorkel either or go to all the places listed. We made the best of a terrible situation as did our tour guide but I would not recommend. Viator, I recommend you contract with a different company to do this tour.

Rusted out and non functioning seatbelts- not safe - We did not go on the dune buggy tour- the back seats of the vehicle had no working seatbelts, which is not only unsafe, but it is illegal to ride in a vehicle in Mexico without a seatbelt. This is not a huge deal for the adults, but I didn’t feel ok puttting my 6 year old in an open air vehicle with no seatbelt. We asked for another vehicle and they did not have one, so we are currently in the process of requesting a refund but no response.

SCAM - SCAMMMM !!! This was terrible they cancelled on me last minute waiting for the taxi and never got a refund and blocked me when I tried contacting them. Do not book here. It’s through a private person scheming and hiding in Florida
