Fabulous excursion! - Amazing tour once we found the meeting place! Couldn’t ask for a more courteous and knowledgeable tour guide! All the sites were well worth it and the combination of jeep and ATV was perfect! I’d rate it higher if possible!

Great to explore and try all of cozumel - Melton was good. He let us take out time in the places we wanted to stay. Made sure we got back to cruise on time. Brought us to his fav mojito spot. Determined to get me into a tequila tasting which was great. Only negative was my daughter got sick and the communication in the beginning was a little off. Viator couldn’t get in touch with the tour company and it started off very rough.

Just Okay - Pros: Our guide, Naelly, was great. She was engaging and provided a lot of history of the various stops. While the Cenote was very cool, it DOES NOT look like the picture and you are likely not going to want to swim in it, as there is a strong odor and tons of bats. The lighthouse was beautiful, but beware, it is 133 steps and not suitable for people with any physical limitations. Overall, you see a variety of different spots throughout the island. Cons: The Jeep we were in had no working AC and it was 86 degrees. This should’ve been addressed immediately, as it was dangerously hot in the car. Naelly called her boss to see if the roof of the Jeep could be removed, but they said no. The tequila tasting was fine, but they do push you to buy. Beware, a bottle was almost $80 USD. The included lunch was an option of chicken fajitas or fish tacos, drinks not included. Prices for anything else were incredibly high. The restaurant was also packed. During the tour you are provided water or beer, but none were keep cold enough during the excursion. This excursion could easily take 6-8 hours depending on how long you want. Overall, it would’ve been so much more enjoyable with working AC or a Jeep with windows.

Island tour - Tour of Island with stops was good, but Guide not the most welcoming- was sitting on floor with no sign - took us a bit of time to find him Jeep was old, no AC, difficult to get in and out of as was two door 10mins each way ATV ride to Cenote We had 2 small waters each and there was no more. We could have had a beer but it was only 10am. So bring your own water. Beach club for lunch and snorkelling was small & disappointing. Food choice of Fish Tacos or chicken fajitas. Drinks not included

Disappointing - The day before I messaged them to confirm pick up spot as we were on a cruise. They said they had no record of our booking. I shared all the booking details and they blamed Viator not themselves. Ended up without a cool excursion on our one day in Cozumel.

Not as advertised - We were traveling with two other couples. We had each ordered our own jeep. Nowhere did it say it would be a rideshare. The guide showed up with 2 Jerod instead of 3. The guide then offered us to ride in a van that was too small for our group and wouldn’t go to the sites listed. So he cancelled the trip and is supposed to be giving us a refund. I hope he honors his word.
