Ferries from Koh Lanta to Phuket depart from the main pier at Ban Saladan. The journey takes 3 hours in the morning and 3.5 hours in the afternoon.

When checking in at Ban Saladan Pier, the ferry staff are welcoming and accept mobile tickets. Simply tap the ticket link in “My Bookings” or your confirmation email on your phone or tablet (this is very important) and show it to the ferry staff. They will exchange it for a destination sticker, making it easy for the boat staff to know your destination. It’s straightforward and convenient! Additionally, each ferry offers various seating options, allowing you to choose between sitting inside or outside the boat.

Passenger ferries operate daily during the high season, with two departures at 08:00 a.m. (year-round) and 13:00 p.m. (Nov. 16 – Apr. 30). During the green season (May 1 – Nov. 15), there is only one departure at 08:00 a.m.

Please note: Passengers staying on and departing from Koh Lanta enjoy a complimentary pick-up transfer service from their hotel. For more information on pick-up locations in each zone, please inquire.

For passengers staying in the Lanta Old Town zone (east side), pick-up is at the 7-Eleven store. (For the 08:00 a.m. schedule, pick-up is at 06:50 a.m. / For the 13:00 p.m. schedule, pick-up is at 11:00 a.m.)
