Private mini van transfer service for family of 6 - Had engaged this company private transfer services throughout the trips to Hanoi-Sapa-Hamoi. Response from Mr Hoand was always prompt. The drivers were good, always came earlier and waited for our arrivals. Will definitely engage this company in future trips to Hanoi.

Nope. Use someone else. - First of all they forgot my pickup from the airport. I waited for 20 minutes with no response to my messages. While they did make that part right financially the driver back to the airport was very unsafe. He was texting and playing video poker on his phone the whole time. Know how I know? He was holding the phone up high enough that I could see the screen. I’d avoid this one.

Driver wasn’t there. - When we arrived at the airport the driver wasn’t waiting or could not be found. While the flight from Saigon was delayed at the last moment I informed the company of the delay. I was promised a refund but I wouldn’t book with them again.
