Disappointing Airport Transfer Experience with Unexpected Charges and Poor Service - Our recent transport experience was extremely disappointing and unfortunately set a negative tone for our arrival. From the start, there was no warm welcome at the airport. The driver was unfriendly, cold, and seemed completely uninterested in providing a positive experience. The vehicle itself was also below expectations—the seats were low quality, and one in particular had a broken adjustment mechanism that was clearly an existing issue before we even entered. While the ride itself was physically smooth, the overall service quickly deteriorated. The driver initially dropped us off at the wrong hotel, causing unnecessary confusion and delay. After we finally arrived at the correct destination, he unexpectedly demanded an additional $10 USD, despite the fact that the service had already been fully prepaid through Viator. This extra charge was never communicated in advance. To make matters worse, the driver then accused us of breaking the already-damaged seat, which was both unfair and completely untrue. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and we would not recommend this driver to others. We are also requesting a $10 USD refund, as the additional charge was unjustified and not disclosed at any point prior to or during the booking. We hope this feedback is taken seriously to prevent similar experiences for future travelers.
