Friendly and good service, best rates. - We have used transfer service of Vietrapro twice during my trip in Vietnam. We were 9 people, we opted for Ford Transit vehicle. First service was from Hanoi to Ha Long. Then I have approached Vietrapro again as service was good for Ninh Binh to Hanoi airport. Drivers were on time and helpful. Vehicles' condition was good. Drivers were flexible with taking dollars or dongs. Rates are best in market.

Hanoi to Halong Bay - It’s really affordable. The driver also took us to the rest stop to rest and use the toilet. It’s highly recommended. It’s much cheaper than other platforms. You can subscribe and check it out! Because the driver didn’t talk much, we got in the car and fell asleep! Sleeping the whole way to Halong Bay! This trip takes about 4 hours! The scenery along the way is also very good. You can enjoy it.

Great way to get around - My husband and I have traveled to Vietnam several times, and don't mind the budget travel using sleeper busses and trains. But since we were traveling with his mother this time, we had to up the game. So as a part of our plan I needed a comfortable private transfer to fit our needs in between the VIP sleeper train ride and Ha Long Bay cruise. I didn't know much about this company before but I'm glad I picked them. They're very easy to keep in touch via WhatsApp. Our driver Mr. Hoan was quiet but very good driver - some do too much chitchat for our liking.., and when we asked he was more than happy to answer any questions and gave us the informations. One of the reasons I chose this company was they don't stop at the pearl farm like most of the buses do. So I was happy when our lunch/ toilet stop was made at the halfway on the motorway. Clean spacious facility and we had basic but good phở and cà-phê sữa đá. By the end of it, Mr. Hoan and I had good conversation in Japanese which was unexpected but fun and we all thoroughly enjoyed our ride.

North Vietnam Tour (Sa Pa, Halong Bay and Ninh Binh) - We have taken their Private Car Service (7 seater) for Sa Pa Tour, Halong Bay Tour and Ninh Binh Tour. The Condition of the Car was very good. Our Driver (Hiep) was a very Friendly and Jolly guy. The Tour Cost was also reasonable. We are very Happy with the Service and will surely contact you again for our future Vietnam Trip.

Good service. Could improve communication. - After booking we received a WhatsApp message from the staff/manager with the booking information. There was no clear instructions on where to meet or what would happen. I had to message and then call the guy on WhatsApp who then told me where to go. I was expecting someone would meet us at the arrivals hall. The driver and car were comfortable and they had a child seat like we requested.

It was horrible and the driver lied and was denied a refund for services not received - I am very disappointed with Viator. We were to be picked up at the cruise terminal and taken to Hanoi for an overnight stay. We found out by the port authority that the driver was not licensed to pick up at the cruise terminal and we were told that they informed him he had to leave the area. We tried multiple times to reach the driver and the tour company and were never able to get through. We were never contacted that we would have to meet the driver at another location for him to take us to Hanoi. We also reached out to Viator with no success resolving this issue. We requested a refund from Viator and they refused stating the driver sent us messages that we were to meet him elsewhere. They took the drivers word over ours and I feel that Viator really let us down and did not stand up for their client and refused to refund us our money. The tour company knew upfront that we were traveling with a person in wheelchair and that they should have been told upfront that he would not be able to come to the cruise terminal to pick us up. We have used Viator for many years and have recommend them to many many many people to book with them, well I will no longer be recommending this company to anyone.
