On the tour we were told that the size is 15, on our tour there were 35 people and during a pandemic where social distancing is highly encouraged. For the cost of the tickets and what we received on the pub crawl it was not worth the price and I wouldn’t recommend it. As a pub crawl tour we only went to one pub (we were broken into 2 groups), our tour guide left us, the restaurant was not prepared or organized for 15 people nor did we ever hear about why the pub was associated with ghosts and haunts. Over all not worth the money or calling it a pub crawl as we only were able to got to one pub.

I understand that y’all did the best you could given COVID-19, but this tour was not as advertised. I wouldn’t be too upset if tickets were $10, but for $121 (2 tickets + tax), I expected to (1) hear about ghosts and (2) visit haunted places. I don’t care that Betsy Ross didn’t live at that house. I don’t care that some lady fell down a crypt and got stuck. Are those places haunted?! Do their ghosts roam around?? And I didn’t care for the reality check. Again, for $120, I came to get spooked!! When the guide reminded us that snow muffles voices and sound travels so voices you hear aren’t ghosts, i knew I got scammed. Yes, I know that snow does that, but I like to pretend and the guide made me feel like an idiot for believing in ghosts. Then it wasn’t a pub crawl. Again, COVID, I understand. But if we weren’t made to feel we were idiots for believing in ghosts, then we were being guilt-tripped into spending $$$ at these bars. Why these bars? Are they haunted? Do they have a sordid past? No information whatsoever. This tour should be renamed “not haunted support small businesses tour.” Again, I wouldn’t care if tickets were cheap. But I 100% did not get my money’s worth for a falsely advertised tour.

The tour guide was very nice, but nothing was told I couldn't find in Google and none of the actual pubs we went to we're haunted. I was under the impression that the pubs would be haunted along with some backstory and also the tickets specify 2 drinks and light snacks would be provided which wasn't a deal breaker for me but the drinks were NOT an actual entire drink(s) just basically some samples in cough syrup sized cups and the snacks were literally some dollar store snack size candy bars pretzel sticks and peanuts, that I am allergic to by the way. So overall this was not at all worth the money that was spent for this tour at all and wish I could get a refund. Never again.
