Amazing - Amazing, we booked with them for both Auschwitz-Birkenau and the salt mines, we had Ivan as our driver he was very helpful throughout the whole day.

10/10 worth the extra money for peace of mind - We were collected on time by our driver Karol, I sat up front and had a some really interesting conversation which made the journey entertaining and go fast! The tour was very interesting, factual and done tastefully by local guides and translators who speak good English! If you want reliable guaranteed transport and a good tour then book with these guys. I booked at the tourist information centre in Kraków which I feel is the safest option. There are cheaper alternatives but I don’t feel it worth the risk as other people have been let down but other companies and it’s fairly common place!

Luxury travel - We had pre booked ticket to visit Auschwitz, however, we didn’t have any transportation booked. I totally recommend GR8WAY if you want to travel in luxury, style & comfort. Our chauffeur was called Bart, he couldn’t do enough for us. He was an incredible polite gentleman who was fluent in English. The trip consisted of Auschwitz followed by a short bus journey in your group to Birkenau Camp. Bart arranged to collect us directly outside Birkenau to save us catching the bus back again. He kept our food in his car, where we were able to return between camps for a quick break & snack. Request Bart if you book through this company, you won’t be disappointed.

Really eye opening, would definitely recommend - We thought the tour was very interesting. The guide was very informative and due to the headset allowed us to hear all the information clearly. We wish we had more time to explore and ask questions. Our driver Jan was really helpful and made the experience a lot less stressful.

Tour cancelled at last moment - Tour was cancelled by GR8WAY 1 day before the trip. We came to Cracow to visit Auschwitz, so this was a huge let down. Be careful using GR8WAY for tours and other events.

Check out tour guides before booking - Would not advise anybody to book though you ,from the start to not getting picked up at hotel and no phone call to say you were there for pick up

GR8WAY stay away from them - We did not go due to GR8 WAY cancelling My trip the night before. Several messages sent and no replies. Shocking service wouldn’t recommend.

Booked tickets were not delivered - We booked entrance tickets for Auschwitz&Birkenau for Good Friday. When we arrived at the entrance of the museum, we discovered that the place where we were supposed to receive the tickets was within the museum grounds. A new entrance had been built in 2023, however, the confirmation email still contained a picture and the address of the old entrance. Nobody was waiting for us with any tickets, emails and phone calls were not answered. We felt being cheated and were very angry and disappointed because as a result we did not have a chance to visit the concentration camp after all. It was not possible to buy a daily ticket once we had discovered that we were not getting the service we had booked. You need to buy your tickets well in advance as this is a very popular spot for many tourists, particularily over Eastern. The only positive thing I can say about this company is that the money we had paid upfront was refunded to us.

Cancelled 24 hours before hand - Absoulety shocking to deal with, we were told we could not get a refund there and then until the next day i would not recommend, we had booked a trip and transfer and then to be cancelled the day before we were to go because the transfers decided to take there holidays last minute, we could not rebook as we had to leave the following day, our holidays has been ruined as this is what we came to see 😡😡
