Trip from Ostrava to Krakow - Driver arrived on time and helped us with the luggage’s also he was driving very carefully.. highly recommended for big families and groups with many luggage and kids

Saltmines tour - Fabulous trip. Our driver Karol picked us up from the hotel to bring us to the saltmines. He was exceptionally friendly. When we arrived Karol explained everything to us, he got our tickets for us and gave clear instructions for meeting the tour guide and where to meet us at the end of the tour to return to Krakow.The mines were amazing. Would definitely recommend a visit and would recommend the tour operator

Salt mine tour - Karol kept us informed of when he would be collecting us at our hotel and was punctual and knowledgeable about the tour we were going on and sorted all the tickets and was waiting for us on our return and this helped make it a very enjoyable experience

A great day at the salt mines - I had s great time at the salt mines, a fantastic place and a great guide. We been picked up at the hotel by Max Szkatula who was an excellent driver, and during the way to the saltmines he shared his knowledge about Poland and Krakow history, It was a very good trip.

Krakow Salt mine visit - Transport from central Krakow to and from the salt mine was with Karol who was both effective as a driver and, since we were sitting in the front of the vehicle, very willing to discuss various aspects of Polish life with us. He ensured we all knew the process to access the mine at the beginning of the visit and how to find him at the end of our subterranean expedition. The mine itself is spectacular but the overwhelming number of visitors did detract a bit from the experience.
