• Guests will be picked up from a meet location and driven to that morning’s chosen launch site
• Balloon rides run daily, but are subject to weather conditions: please call prior to your ride to confirm in the case of bad weather
• All passengers must be able to climb in and out of the baskets unassisted and stand for the duration of this one hour flight

Children under the age of six, passengers who are pregnant, those with recent surgeries or broken bones, and those with hip or knee surgery within the past two years will not be permitted to fly for safety reasons

• All flights are weather dependent and may be cancelled if the weather conditions are unsafe for flight
• If a flight is cancelled, you will be contacted in an attempt to reschedule your flight
• If you are unable to reschedule after a flight is cancelled for weather, you will receive a full refund
• Those who cancel more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund
• If you do not show up for your flight, you will forfeit your ticket and will not receive a refund
